Refund policy
At Aam e Zarr, we take pride in every box we send out. Our mangoes are hand selected, carefully packed, and dispatched with full attention to quality. However, because we deal in fresh, perishable fruit, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair — both to you as our customer and to the nature of the product itself.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Quality Promise
Every order that leaves our facility is inspected for quality, ripeness, and packaging integrity. We do not ship mangoes that are visibly damaged, overripe, or below standard at the time of packing. If your box arrives in poor condition due to our fault or a transit issue, we will make it right.
2. What We Cover
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund in the following situations:
Mangoes arrived visibly rotten, severely bruised, or spoiled on delivery
Significant portion of the box (more than 30%) was damaged or unfit to eat
Wrong product or wrong quantity was delivered
Order was not delivered at all despite confirmed dispatch
3. What We Do Not Cover
Because mangoes are a natural, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Minor natural bruising that occurs during transit (1 piece in a box is considered normal for fresh fruit)
Natural variation in size, shape, or skin colour — this is not a defect
Mangoes that ripen faster or slower than expected after delivery, as ripening speed depends on storage conditions at your end
Dissatisfaction with taste or sweetness due to personal preference
Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
4. How to Raise a Complaint
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, here is what to do:
Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged mangoes immediately upon receiving your order — show the box and the fruit clearly
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
Send your order number, photos/video, and a brief description of the issue
Our team will review your complaint and respond within 24–48 hours
We do not accept complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery, as the condition of fresh fruit changes rapidly and we cannot verify the cause of damage after that window.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:
Replacement orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 business days subject to stock availability
Store credit will be added to your account within 24 hours of approval
Cash refunds (for online payments) will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
COD orders — refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your account details at the time of complaint
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as the fruit is already in transit
To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number
If you paid online and the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
7. Delivery Delays
We work with reliable courier partners across Pakistan, but delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the natural tragedies or uncontrolable reasons. However, if a delay causes the fruit to arrive in poor condition, we will treat it as a quality complaint and review it under Section 2 of this policy.
